What did you do last night?

Fell asleep on the couch watching a movie.

What do you usually eat for breakfast?

Coffee

How many hours a night do you sleep?

About 5 to 7.

What is your favorite hour of the day/night and why is it your favorite?

Early AM in the summer. I like to sit on my patio sipping my coffee and watch the sunrise. In the winter I prefer evenings by the fireplace.

Where do you live now?

Bakersfield.

Why did you move there?

Never left, the rest of the state is too liberal for me.

Do you like living there? Explain.

I can’t stand the hot summers, or the depressing fog, and the traffic is getting worse, but other then that I love it.

What did you do in the years right after high school?

Went into the Marine Reserves, then straight to work.

Tell us about your family? Kids? Spouses? Lovers? Partners? Divorces?

I am happily married to my third and last wife. My first wife said I was lazy, my second wife said I worked too much, but my current wife claims I’m only lazy at work and I’m ok with that.

I have two sons, Tim 19, Jared 18, two daughters Sara 12 and Emily 3. My wife Stacy gave me Emily after about ten years of trying; Emily is Stacy’s only child. I was a single parent raising my two boys when I met her and she has been great helping me raise them. There biological mother lives out of state, not sure which one, I think Missouri. My daughter Sara has a room here and at her mother’s house. We spend as much time with each other as we can.

Do you have a job outside of your home?

Yes. I’m a Construction Manager for a large Canadian outfit. The same ones that built the Staples Center. We didn’t make much money on that job by the way.

Do you like your job?

Yes I do, but I liked it better when I was a Superintendent. There was more satisfaction in constructing the project. Management is overrated.

Is it the job you thought you would have when you were back in High School and you contemplated the future?

No. I always thought I would be a piano player in a brothel.

If you could have any job in the world what would it be?

A piano player in a brothel.

What was your happiest day last year?

Christmas.

What is your biggest regret from the last 20 years?

Not having learned to play the piano.

Do you miss high school? What things do you miss about it?

No. I would rather have a sharp stick in the eye then go through that again.

What is one of your favorite memories from high school?

The after school parties.

What is one of your worst memories from high school?

The one that’s comes to mind is when I was goofing around in the parking lot 12th year smoking my tires. I got a Exhibition of speed and reckless driving ticket, a fine, suspended license and ended up loosing a potential job as a correctional officer a few years later because if it.

Who were your best friends in high school?

Vince Reyes, Brendan Rollins and Pat McGonigal let me tag along with them.

Have you kept in touch with them?

Not really. I’ve seen Vince a few times over the years, but it was for business only.

How is your life different than the life you thought you would have after high school?

I never really thought about life after High School during HS. Funny how lack of planning in HS landed me a job where all I do is plan.

Who was your favorite teacher?

Sorry, I can’t think of any one except the PE teacher who bitched me out in the locker room in 9th grade but he certainly was not my favorite.

Who was your favorite pop music band in high school?

Twisted Sister.

Why do you want to attend a high school reunion?

I thing it will be neat to see classmates from 20 years ago. I wasn’t at the 10 year. Did we have a 5 year?

Why do you NOT want to attend a high school reunion?

Might run into pissed off girlfriends holding a 20 year old grudge.

Are you nervous about attending your high school reunion? Explain.

No.

Do you like answering these questions?

I enjoyed reading the others so I figured I should do mine.

Do you have any tattoos? What are they?

No. I even write in pencil. Just in case.

What is your favorite food?

Basque.

Are your parents still alive? How are they doing?

Yes, Mother lives in town and Father lives in Northern California.

Are you happy with the way you look these days? Please explain.

Yes. I wouldn’t mine loosing the gut, but I guess that’s just maturity.

If you won the lottery what would you do with the money?

I would pay off the bills and the house, help out my family and friends and travel with the rest.

Are you religious? Spiritual? Agnostic? Is there a God?

I am not religious. I’m more of a man of science. But I do believe there was a man named Jesus and I hope there is a God. I don’t hold any thing against people who do believe, in fact I envy them and I hope they don’t hold any thing against me. Maybe some day I will see the light

What do you watch on TV?

News, weather, Bloomberg stock tickers, history channel, travel channel and A&E

What are your all-time favorite movies?

My favorite all time movie has to be The Hunt for Red October. Typical man stuff as my wife would say.

In what ways have you changed the most from high school?

I would like to think I am friendlier and a little less shy.

In what ways are you the same from high school?

I don't think I'm even the same person.

Tell us about three of your happiest experiences since leaving high school.

The day I found out my wife was finally pregnant with Emily. I was in Banff Alberta Canada for work stuff. I was walking down the road trying to find my hotel room when I walked up on a Moose, there were three of them staring at me from about 20 foot away. So I called my wife and said, “Holly crap I just seen a Moose”, and she replied “Holly crap I’m Pregnant.”

The Day Emily was born

Every morning when I give her a kiss goodbye for work and she tells me "don't fall down at work and get hurt daddy"

What do you like most about yourself?

My generosity.

What would you most like to change?

I wouldn’t change a thing. I like me just the way I am. Good or bad.

Do you talk on your cell phone while driving?

Yes, but I only read my e-mails at the stoplights.

What would you like to happen at the reunion? What would leave you satisfied? What do you NOT want to happen at the reunion?

I have never been to one so I don’t know what to expect, but I can tell that Ronnie and Cheryl and the others are putting a lot of effort into it and it should be just great.

Did you enjoy answering these questions?

Yes I did. I hadn’t thought about high school in a long time.

Tell us something interesting about yourself that wasn't covered in the above questions.

My hobbies. I don’t know how interesting they are but when I’m not hanging out with the family I enjoy skeet and trap shooting, some camping and fishing but mostly gardening and cooking.
